Concierge At Large, Inc. helps hospitality clients incorporate new media marketing and concierge outreach programs to help build their brand and improve sales revenue. Our clients are hotels, restaurants, tour operatrs, developers, affinity groups, public relations firms, destination management and event companies.  We help launch concierge and front desk operations, vet service partners, coordinate promotional events, provide luxury-class customer experience reports, and more.

With more than twenty years in the Concierge industry, including twelve years as a luxury concierge services provider, we know what it takes to create and maintain a world-class concierge program.  We share our vast experience and best practices with those seeking to launch a new service or business, or enhance their current concierge programs. 

CORE System
We have drawn upon our experience in providing on-site concierge services in luxury residential communities to develop CORE System for property management firms and multi-family communities such as home owner associations (HOAs), apartment communities, and their service providers.  CORE System is a complete toolkit for operating an organized and professional hotel-quality front desk for multi-family communities.
 

Why Concierge At Large?

Concierge At Large, Inc. was founded in 1997 by veteran concierge and experiential travel expert, Cynthia Adkins. Adkins has earned an unparalleled reputation in the hospitality industry by pioneering the private concierge services industry. For more than twelve years, the firm directly supported over 250,000 corporate and high net worth clients with world-class luxury concierge and travel services. 

Responding to an increasing demand from other companies and homeowner associations for help setting up or fine-tuning their concierge and front desk operations, Concierge At Large, Inc. began developing the CORE System, a do-it-yourself toolkit that includes best practices, systems and software for running a service-centric and efficient in-house program. In 2009, the company evolved from being a direct service provider into a consulting company helping other hospitality and residential management companies reach their service goals.
